About this opportunity

LionTree’s 2027 Summer Internship Programme is a 10-week internship within its London investment banking advisory team. Interns support TMT deal teams on live sell-side and buy-side advisory mandates, new business pitches, financial modelling, valuation, transaction analysis, client materials, due diligence and industry research. The programme includes technical training, day-to-day teach-ins, peer and senior banker mentoring, and a final project presented in week 10. Strong performers may be considered for the 2028 Investment Banking Analyst intake.

Who is it for?

Penultimate-year BSc or MSc students graduating in 2028 who are interested in investment banking, TMT advisory, media, technology, telecommunications and dealmaking.

Requirements

Applicants should be penultimate-year BSc or MSc students graduating in 2028, studying Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, STEM or a related field. LionTree lists core target universities, requires a strong academic record with minimum 2:1 or equivalent, strong analytical and numerical skills, Excel and PowerPoint knowledge, attention to detail, communication skills, teamwork, ownership and fluent written and spoken English.
