About this opportunity
Hines’ REDI Europe Real Estate Summer Analyst role gives interns hands-on experience across commercial real estate investment management and development. Summer analysts may support new development projects, acquisitions, dispositions and asset management. Work includes underwriting and lease analysis, research on properties, transactions, tenants and market activity, due diligence, financial analysis and inputting market data into internal systems. Interns gain daily exposure to experienced real estate professionals and contribute to decisions affecting Hines’ real estate assets.
Who is it for?
Current second-year and third-year university students, as well as final-year students who will immediately enter a graduate programme. Students from any academic discipline may be considered.

Requirements
Applicants should have strong mathematical and quantitative aptitude, proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, creative problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise and coordinate multiple projects. Argus experience is useful but not required.
