About this opportunity
The Global Risk Development Summer Analyst Programme is a 10-week experience designed to provide insight into Bank of America, the role of Global Risk Management (GRM), and how effective risk management supports Responsible Growth at a leading financial institution. Summer Analysts will be aligned to teams supporting the bank’s seven risk disciplines, gain hands-on experience through project work, benefit from training, mentorship, and exposure to senior leaders, and contribute to real business challenges. Performing well in the internship may lead to a full-time offer.
Who is it for?
Candidates pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited university with expected graduation between September 2027 and July 2028. Must be at least 18 years old and on track for a minimum 2:1 degree classification or equivalent.
