About this opportunity

Hines’ REDI Europe Summer Analyst — Investment Management role gives interns hands-on experience within the commercial real estate investment management process. Summer analysts assist with underwriting new projects, asset management of operating properties, market research, due diligence, financial analysis, vetting potential investments and exploring new markets, product types or business lines. Interns work with experienced real estate professionals, participate in educational sessions and property tours, and complete a capstone project presented to Investment Management staff and leadership.

Who is it for?

Current second-year and third-year university students, as well as final-year students who will immediately enter a graduate programme. Students from any academic discipline may be considered.
