Deloitte's Women in Finance Virtual Insight Session is designed for ambitious young women aged 16–21 who are interested in exploring careers in finance, audit, tax, consulting, and professional services. Attendees will learn about Deloitte's Early Careers pathways including BrightStart Apprenticeships, Spring into Deloitte, Career Shapers, ASPIRE, internships, summer placements, and graduate programmes. Participants will hear directly from Deloitte professionals, gain insights into finance careers, and discover the skills and opportunities available within one of the world's leading professional services firms.

Young women aged 16–21, including Year 12 students, Year 13 students, Scottish S5/S6 students, and university students interested in finance, audit, tax, consulting, or professional services careers.
