About this opportunity
Blackstone’s 2027 Real Estate Debt Strategies Summer Analyst programme is a 10-week in-person internship in London. Summer analysts work with the Real Estate Debt Strategies group, gaining exposure to commercial real estate debt investments across private investments and capital markets. The work may include new loan originations, acquisitions of legacy loans, CMBS and other public or private debt, restructurings, recapitalisations, financial analysis, modelling, market research, competitive analysis, investment committee presentations, transaction execution, memoranda drafting, client and banking relationship support, and strategic initiatives for the BREDS business.

Undergraduate or master’s students with an anticipated graduation date of Summer 2028 who are interested in real estate debt, credit, capital markets, alternative assets and finance.
