About this opportunity

Bank of America’s Global Corporate Banking 2027 Summer Analyst programme provides students with practical experience of working as a Corporate Banking analyst. Summer analysts are pooled across the UK & Ireland Corporate Coverage, Financial Institutions Coverage and Global Subsidiary Coverage teams and work across a diverse range of industries and products. Responsibilities include supporting relationship management and origination, financial modelling and analysis, credit analysis, financing strategies, client-specific analysis and live transactions. Interns also work closely with Investment Banking, Capital Markets and Global Transaction Services teams. The programme includes formal training, educational speaker events, mentorship and on-the-job support. Strong performers may receive an offer for full-time employment beginning in July 2028.

Who is it for?

Students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree who will complete their degree between June 2027 and July 2028. Applicants from a diverse range of degree disciplines are eligible, including arts and humanities as well as economics and mathematics.

Requirements

Applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university and complete their degree between June 2027 and July 2028. Candidates should be on track for at least a 2:1 degree classification or equivalent. Applications are accepted from a broad range of degree disciplines. Fluency in English is essential and proficiency in a European language is highly desirable. Applicants must demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills, teamwork, communication, creativity, integrity and a genuine interest in financial markets. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
