About this opportunity
The Programme is designed to demonstrate to young women that they can pursue a career in Finance. It partners with secondary schools and colleges across the UK and New York City. Beginning in Sixth Form/Year 12 (UK) or Senior Year/Grade 12/first year of College (US), participants receive support to earn the CISI Corporate Finance & Capital Markets qualification, attend two paid summer internships at finance institutions, and learn to build financial models. Participants are mentored by established professionals and receive ongoing support, including job application guidance upon graduation.
