About this opportunity
This six-month London internship places participants within Rothschild & Co’s Five Arrows Direct Lending team. Interns support industry and company due diligence, financial modelling, investment evaluation, transaction coordination, investment-committee papers, deal execution and portfolio monitoring. The team invests in privately owned European mid-market businesses.
Who is it for?
High-achieving university students and graduates from any academic discipline who are interested in private credit, corporate finance and investment analysis. Previous finance experience is not required.
What you will gain
Experience across the direct-lending investment lifecycle, including due diligence, credit analysis, financial modelling, deal execution, portfolio monitoring and exposure to senior investors.
