Training Contract

Druces LLP's training contracts offer aspiring solicitors hands-on legal experience within a City of London law firm, with rotations across Corporate & Commercial, Dispute Resolution, Real Estate, and Private Wealth over two years. Trainees benefit from direct mentorship, involvement in high-value transactions, and exposure to both contentious and non-contentious work. The firm recruits a small annual intake, ensuring personalised training and significant responsibility. Trainees receive ongoing supervision, mentoring, and participate in firm-wide social activities.

Graduates with a law degree or a non-law degree (with a 2:1 or above and PGDL), who have A-levels or equivalent grades of AAB and have completed or are enrolled in the LLM SQE1 & 2 course (including exams).

Structured two-year programme with four six-month seats in key practice areas, one-to-one mentoring, direct exposure to high-profile clients and complex cases, and comprehensive legal and client management training.
