About this opportunity
RISE is Deutsche Bank’s four-day development programme for students of Black heritage. Participants explore Technology, Data & Innovation, Investment Banking & Capital Markets, Fixed Income & Currencies and the Corporate Bank. The programme includes workshops, masterclasses, networking, panel discussions and opportunities to learn from senior colleagues and recent graduates.
Who is it for?
Students of Black heritage in the first year of a three-year degree or the second year of a four-year degree. Applicants from all degree disciplines are welcomed and should expect to graduate between 1 August 2028 and 31 July 2029.
What you will gain
Insight into Deutsche Bank’s divisions, guidance and mentoring from senior employees, networking opportunities, personal-brand development, CV guidance, interview preparation and mock-interview experience. Outstanding participants may become eligible to apply for the following year’s Summer Internship Programme.

Requirements
Applicants should be on track for a 2:1 or First in their undergraduate degree or equivalent and have no more than 12 months of relevant full-time work experience. Applicants interested in Fixed Income & Currencies or Investment Banking & Capital Markets must have achieved an A in A-level Mathematics or equivalent.
