About this opportunity
This apprenticeship provides an alternative route into banking for college leavers, offering hands-on work experience, a structured training programme through BPP University, and support from a mentor and buddy. Apprentices will gain exposure to deal screening, data management, reporting, business planning, and will support the review of new business opportunities. The strategy & business reporting team supports management with analytics, data governance, and strategic decision-making. The apprenticeship runs for 1 year and 6 months, is based in London, and starts on January 18, 2027.

College leavers with strong A-Levels and GCSEs in English and Maths (grade 7 or above), interested in starting a career in banking and financial services.
