About this opportunity

This is a 24 month programme with the Corporate Risk & Broking (CRB) team at WTW in London. Apprentices will build skills through on-the-job and structured training, supported to study for the Level 4 Insurance Professional Apprenticeship and the highly valued CII Diploma in Insurance, and participate in a bespoke learning journey. The apprenticeship covers multiple specialist teams within CRB, such as Global Aviation, Financial Solutions, Marine, Surety, Crisis Management, and others. Apprentices work in a hybrid pattern (home plus at least 4 days in office), and are supported by WTW and a government-approved training provider. The programme includes assignments, coursework, and exams.

Who is it for?

Applicants with 3 A-Levels plus GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above (or equivalent). Candidates should be excellent communicators, detail-oriented, comfortable with data analysis and motivated to contribute.
