About this opportunity

Simpson Thacher’s Autumn Vacation Scheme runs from 2–13 November 2026. Participants join a practice group and complete live work alongside associates and partners, including research, analysis and drafting. The programme also includes private-equity workshops, skills training, practice-group sessions, mentoring and social events. Participants receive £1,500.

University students and graduates from any degree discipline who are interested in commercial law and private equity.
