Graduate Training and Consulting Programme

Sigma Labs offers a structured pathway into a data or tech career: a four-month intensive, full-time training programme delivered predominantly remotely, followed by a two-year paid deployment as a consultant at one of their blue-chip clients. Training covers functional (technical) and professional skillsets, with a focus on high performance and employability. Consultants are placed mainly in data, software, or cloud roles, often in and around London, with ongoing professional mentoring and support. Successful deployment offers a salary (£30,000 first year, £38,000 second year), and a possibility of transitioning to a permanent client role after two years. The training is free but unpaid, except for travel reimbursements. The scheme requires willingness to relocate to London if necessary and to travel to client sites.

Graduates who are looking to launch a career in data or technology, and are willing to commit to a 2.5 year programme including London/hybrid work.
