About this opportunity
This is a 7-month traineeship starting October 2026, for individuals interested in arts administration, community engagement, and creative learning. The role includes supporting the planning and delivery of community and education programmes, working with experienced colleagues and professional musicians, and participating hands-on in event and workshop coordination. Trainees receive a training allowance equivalent to the real Living Wage, work three days per week (21 hours), with 1-2 days in the office. There is an additional Creative Access support programme including induction, masterclasses, wellbeing, and mentoring.
Who is it for?
Applicants must be from or living in Brent, London, and from an under-represented group in the creative industries, including (but not limited to) those who identify as Black, Asian, ethnically diverse, disabled, gender reassignment, lower socioeconomic background, carers, or asylum seekers.

Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends. The opportunity is only open to those from or living in Brent and belonging to specific under-represented groups.
