About this opportunity

The Spring Insight Programme is an in-person, one week work shadowing experience for students planning to graduate in 2029 who are eager to learn about our business and company culture. Over five days in London, you will observe Academy professionals, attend teaching sessions, take part in workshops, and expand your professional network. Reasonable travel and lodging are covered for students outside London.

Who is it for?

Students in their first year of a three-year degree or second year of a four-year degree at an accredited university in the UK or EU, expecting to graduate in 2029. All disciplines are welcome. Must be at least 18 at the time of the programme.

What you will gain

Insight into the day-to-day role of an investment analyst, exposure to the investment industry, networking opportunities, and eligibility for the 2028 Academy summer internship.
