About this opportunity
Monzo's Graduate Credit Analyst scheme is a two-year programme with three eight-month rotations covering areas such as credit strategy, machine learning, regulatory modelling, and credit risk assurance. Participants will join a collaborative team, work on meaningful projects, and gain broad exposure to modern credit functions at Monzo. The programme offers technical training, mentorship, and the opportunity to make a real business impact. This hybrid role is based in the London office, with a base salary of £50,000 and a range of additional benefits.
Who is it for?
Graduates of STEM, Economics, or other highly analytical degrees, graduating in 2026 or 2027 (including Masters and PhD), with at least a 2:1 degree. Applicants must have full, unrestricted right to work in the UK and be able to work from the London office three days a week.

Requirements
At least a 2:1 (expected or achieved) in a STEM, Economics or highly analytical subject; right to work in the UK without sponsorship; ability to work hybrid (3 days per week in London office); graduating in 2026 or 2027 (including Masters/PhD).
