Latham & Watkins’ First-Year Spring Scheme runs from 30 March to 1 April 2027 in London. Over three days, participants gain insight into life at a global law firm, its complex and high-profile cross-border work, how international teams collaborate and how a law firm operates as a business. Students also learn about the roles and experiences of Latham trainees and network with lawyers from different practice areas.

Requirements
Applicants must be current first-year university students. The scheme is open to students from all degree disciplines who demonstrate an interest in learning about commercial law and careers at Latham & Watkins.
