About this opportunity

The role involves acting as front of house, greeting guests, giving welcome briefings, checking tickets, and providing excellent customer service during the BFI London Film Festival’s immersive experiences. Hosts will onboard and offboard guests to XR, VR, and interactive artworks, assist technical teams, and support smooth event operations at BFI Southbank and other central London venues between 28 September 2026 and 19 October 2026.
