About this opportunity

The Airbus Global Graduate Programme is a structured two-year development programme designed to develop the company’s next generation of experts and leaders. Graduates join a global cohort and build technical and professional skills through rotational placements, workshops, job shadowing, mentoring and annual residential training. Opportunities span engineering, digital technology, cyber security, supply chain, procurement, human resources, business administration and finance. Roles may be available across the UK, France, Germany, Spain, the USA, Canada, Poland, India, China and Singapore.

Who is it for?

Graduates from relevant degree-level disciplines who will have completed their studies before the programme begins and have no more than three years of relevant professional experience.

Requirements

Applicants must hold or be completing a relevant degree or equivalent qualification, graduate before the programme starts, have no more than three years of relevant work experience and demonstrate strong written and verbal English, teamwork, self-awareness and an interest in innovation. Role-specific requirements will apply. UK positions do not provide Skilled Worker visa sponsorship, so applicants need an existing or alternative right-to-work route.

How to apply

Choose one AGGP position and apply through the Airbus careers portal. Airbus asks candidates to submit only one AGGP application. Selected applicants may receive an Arctic Shores game-based assessment, which must be completed within three days of receiving it. Successful candidates progress to a virtual assessment centre involving exercises and interviews.
