About this opportunity
UBS is seeking ambitious students for the 2027 Global Research Graduate Talent Program in London. Over 18 months, you'll conduct research and analysis on companies, assist with financial modeling and valuations, prepare reports, and gain exposure to investment decision processes. You'll also benefit from technical training, rotations, and network building. Open to those completing their undergraduate degree between September 2025 and September 2027.
Who is it for?
Applicants graduating between September 2025 and September 2027 with no more than two years of full-time work experience, a 2.1 (UK system) or higher in their first undergraduate degree, and an interest in finance and equity research.
What you will gain
Hands-on experience in global equity research, data analysis, financial modeling, client presentation exposure, technical/professional training, rotations, and network growth within UBS.
