Graduate Stakeholder Engagement Consultant (Community Development) - London 2027

Stantec is recruiting for its 2027 Graduate Stakeholder Engagement Consultant Programme in London. Graduates will join a market-leading Community Development team, supporting stakeholder engagement, communication, consultation delivery, and social research across multiple projects. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, tracking project actions, organising events, supporting reporting and digital engagement platforms, and analysing data to inform project recommendations. Graduates are expected to attend the London office 4 days a week.

Graduates with a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, Human Geography, Journalism, Economics (or equivalent) and a keen interest in Stakeholder Engagement. Applicants must have the unconditional right to live and work in the UK for an indefinite period without limitation.
