About this opportunity
Schroders’ 2027 Internal Audit Graduate Programme is based in London and gives graduates experience within Group Internal Audit. The team provides independent assurance, advice and insight across Schroders’ control environment, risk management and governance arrangements. Graduates can gain exposure to audit work across asset management, wealth management, operations and technology, while developing financial markets knowledge, analytical judgement, stakeholder communication and professional audit skills.

Students due to graduate in 2027, or recent graduates, who are interested in internal audit, risk, assurance, governance and financial services. Schroders welcomes applications from all degree subjects.

Requirements
Applicants should be due to graduate in 2027 or have recently graduated, and be on track to achieve or have already achieved an honours degree or equivalent. They should demonstrate curiosity, critical thinking, strong ethics, attention to detail, communication skills, collaboration, organisation, basic financial markets understanding and proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Data analytics or coding experience such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL or Python is beneficial.
