About this opportunity
The off-cycle internship is a 5-month programme beginning January 2027 through May 2027. Off-Cycle Analysts in London will work across the Strategic Advisory Group and the Restructuring & Special Situations Group. Responsibilities include working on transactions (sellsides, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, recapitalizations, private placements, leveraged buyouts), financial analysis, modeling, client presentations, research, and process coordination. Successful interns may receive Full-Time Analyst return offers.
