About this opportunity

A 24-month rotational programme covering four teams within Marshall Wace’s non-investment business operations. Potential rotations include Fund Accounting, Operations, Treasury, Compliance and Client Servicing. Graduates work in automated, high-volume environments and may support fund reconciliations, NAV calculations, financial-instrument valuations, trading operations, financing processes and operational improvements using technology.

Who is it for?

High-achieving bachelor’s, master’s and PhD students from a wide range of disciplines. Applications are also welcomed from candidates graduating from school-leaver programmes in Finance or Consulting. A finance or economics degree is not required.

What you will gain

Experience across four business teams; knowledge of fund structures, markets and financial instruments; training in SQL, Python, Power BI, AI and other software; exposure to Investment, Risk, Corporate Accounting and Legal; and participation in Marshall Wace’s Early Talent Development programme.
