About this opportunity
Spend 3, 4 or 6 months embedded in a technology team at Man Group, working on impactful projects such as software development, DevOps and data engineering, with exposure to the quantitative investment platform and financial markets. Includes formal training, mentoring, and presentation opportunities. Candidates with strong performance may be offered a full-time Technology Foundation Programme graduate position.
Who is it for?
Students in the penultimate year of their master’s or bachelor’s degree (graduating in 2028), with a passion for technology. Applicants ideally studying Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics or a related technical discipline, but others are encouraged to apply if they can pass the tech test. Open to all regardless of background.

Requirements
Experience with programming languages (Python, Java, C#.Net, or C++), or understanding of enterprise infrastructure. Penultimate year of bachelor’s or master’s, strong communication and problem-solving skills, passion for technology. Desired but not essential: studying a technical discipline.
How to apply
Apply online with CV and cover letter. After CV screen, there is a technical homework assignment, a one-hour technical interview with an engineer, then a 30-minute interview with a technology manager (in-person or video). Applications accepted between 16th September and 30th October 2026.
