About this opportunity

As a graduate in the Risk Management Group, you will join Macquarie’s independent risk function, building judgment, technical skills, and commercial understanding to help teams identify, assess, monitor, and manage material risks. The programme includes exposure to areas such as Credit Risk, Market Risk, and Model Risk. You’ll contribute to objective review, challenge, and development of key risk frameworks, undertake formal and on-the-job training, network with other analysts, and be supported with mentoring.

Who is it for?

Final-year undergraduate and master’s degree students graduating between January and July 2027, from a range of degree disciplines. Some roles best suited for students in Mathematics, PPE, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Physics; certain Model Risk roles require a relevant master’s.
