2027 Financial Management, People & Engagement Graduate Programme

Join Macquarie's Financial Management, People and Engagement (FPE) division and help enable the success of our global businesses. Working across Finance & Tax or Group Treasury, you'll gain exposure to financial management, reporting, treasury operations, and strategic decision making while developing technical, commercial, and professional skills for a successful career in financial services. The programme offers broad exposure to the financial workings of a global financial institution, opportunities to work alongside experienced professionals, and involvement in meaningful projects.

Final-year undergraduate or master’s students graduating between January and July 2027, especially those studying Economics, Finance, Business, PPE, Mathematics, or other numerically focused disciplines, as well as students from other backgrounds who demonstrate strong analytical capability, commercial awareness, and interest in financial services.

You will gain technical expertise, commercial acumen, and professional skills in financial management, reporting, treasury operations, and strategic funding; develop an understanding of financial markets, risk management, and regulatory environments; and have opportunities to work with experienced professionals and contribute to impactful projects.
