Finance Graduate Programme

This is a two-year Finance Graduate Programme based in Fieldfisher's Belfast office, where graduates join the Management Accounting team of a leading European law firm. Participants receive structured training, professional learning, hands-on experience in management accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, business partnering, and continuous improvement initiatives. The programme features a comprehensive support network and opportunities to develop both technical and professional skills in an international environment.

Recent graduates or those on track to complete their degree in 2027, with at least a 2:1 (achieved or predicted) in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline. Applicants should have strong numerical and analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and good written and verbal communication skills.

Technical finance training, advanced data analysis and Excel skills, presentation and communication workshops, experience in financial reporting and analysis, project management fundamentals, and broad professional development. Participants will gain real responsibility, international business exposure, and a strong commercial understanding of how an international law firm operates.
