About this opportunity
The Apprentice will support the efficient operation, maintenance, and optimisation of IT systems and cybersecurity within Eleclink. The role covers IT support, networking, cybersecurity, and system resilience, and leads to a recognised Level 3 qualification. Work includes troubleshooting, IT asset management, supporting cybersecurity and compliance, contributing to IT projects, and following best practices for backup and system stability. The programme is supported by regular hybrid training sessions, remote learning, and workplace assessments, working towards the Information Communications Technician (Level 3) standard.
Who is it for?
Individuals with GCSEs (grade 4/C or above) in English and Maths, ideally with A Level in Computer Science/IT, who are UK/EEA residents for the past three years and have the right to work in the UK.
