About this opportunity
The AI Engineering Intern will support design and development of GenAI applications and agentic solutions for Bain's clients, working alongside experienced engineers, consultants, and data scientists. The role offers hands-on exposure to the full AI development lifecycle and opportunities to contribute to real client deployments. Interns will learn through project work, mentorship, and increasing responsibility. Tasks include designing and building AI applications, implementing AI pipelines and components, coding APIs/services, contributing to evaluation frameworks, and collaborating with multi-functional teams.
Who is it for?
Candidates currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, ML, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or related quantitative fields; or those with equivalent early-career experience.
