The Race for Change event, run by Aspiring Solicitors and BCLP, provides an in-person day of panel sessions, workshops, and networking to support Black heritage future solicitors and their allies. Attendees gain insights into diversity progress, real-world legal challenges, practical career advice, and skill building. Offers for training contracts have previously been made to past attendees.
Who is it for?
Undergraduate, postgraduate students or graduates interested in law, who are of Black heritage or interested in allyship, and have not accepted a training contract. Must aim to pursue a legal career in the UK or Ireland.
