About this opportunity

The Anthropic Fellows Program is designed to foster AI research and engineering talent, providing selected fellows with four months of full-time research, direct mentorship from Anthropic researchers, access to workspaces in London or Berkeley, and connection to the broader AI safety and security community. Fellows receive a weekly stipend, computing and research expenses funding, and work primarily on empirical projects using external infrastructure. Multiple workstreams exist, such as AI Safety, AI Security, ML Systems & Performance, Reinforcement Learning, and Economics & Policy. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis for cohorts that typically start January and, by exception, at other times.
